The American flag and the flag of the State of Minnesota should be displayed as determined by the national and state protocols governing their placement and display, 4 U.S.C. 1, Sect.7. Flags to be flown at the Administrative Services Building are the flags of the United States, the State of Minnesota, the United Nations and the National League of Families POW/MIA flag. Flags to be flown at Atwood Memorial Center are the flags of the United States and the State of Minnesota. The flag of the United States will be flown at Husky Stadium and Selke Field. Banners may not be flown from flagpoles.
