About the Building

The Welcome Center at 355 Fifth Avenue S. is the university’s front door. Use computer kiosks and brochures to find your way around St. Cloud State’s 100-acre campus. The 12,000 square-foot leased facility is on the main floor of the south building at The Cloud on Fifth. Among other functions, the Welcome Center provides professional development training, meeting and event space rental, and houses the Central Minnesota Small Business Development Center.

Directions

From Minnesota Highway 23, turn south on Fifth Avenue. The Welcome Center is two blocks south and on the right.

From University Drive, turn north on Fifth Avenue. The Welcome Center is seven blocks north and on the left.

Parking

Eight parking stalls adjacent to Pizza Hut. Street parking on the west side of Fifth Avenue. Check with the Welcome Center for more parking details.
